  They need to get people up here that knows what they are doing and what there role is. I've been waiting for 30 minutes for just one blizzard. Everyone else ahead of me and behind me has gotten there's, but not mine. What an establishment to wait for 30 minutes for a little blizzard. And it wasn't even that busy either.

  Awful, I'll explain. I've been here twice now and ordering is a terrible experience here. First time I came, I made the order, got half my food at the window and they shut it and walked away. Came back and said is something wrong? So that was fixed. Food was fine, but my girlfriends blizzard was melting by the time I got mine.
  Second time around we all ordered blizzards. 3 in total. Once again, it was a 30 minute wait with only two cars ahead of me. They still managed to mess up the order, I ordered 1 royal brownie blizzard, 1 chocolate chip cookie dough, and 1 Reese's blizzard. All was fine until I got the Royal Oreo. Ordering system needs fixed, and staff needs retrained.
