  It was awesome. The employees went out of their way to make our visit there great and for the meals they are spectacular the presentation of the food as well as the taste. Couldn't ask for any better service and all.

  One person ruins it all! Everything was great until a waitress treated someone REALLY BAD because of the color of their skin. This waitress didn't even care about this customer who had been sitting there for more than 10 minutes after they gave him water, she rather sit and chat with all the people at the other table behind us. This man sat directly in a table across from us and I asked my waitress if she would take care of him and she wouldn't, not even when I told her his waitress was rude to him. I was infuriated. When the man asked the waitress if he could have a straw the waitress rudely said, I'll be with you in a minute. She THEN continued on with her conversation at the table behind us. I watched her and there was NO reason she could not have given that man a straw, her actions were deliberate as was her attitude. That poor man saw me and he knew I saw what she did. We will NEVER be back to this horrible restaurant in ANY state if Chili's allows this behavior from their staff. HORRIBLE!! My evening was ruined as was my very first day in Texas. Disgusting, sick to my stomach after that. PS Left our waitress got a crappy tip too, she came back to to the table and let us know she saw it too. Good, how does it feel to be treated bad.
